Our Story
Our concept, Samosa Haus, has been in the making for the past 11 years. It was a childhood passion to create unique and different recipes, which inspire the creation of Samosa Haus.
At Samosa Haus, we blend South Asian tradition and western modernity in our kitchen. The food evokes feelings of nostalgia and comfort by using simple recipes taught to me by my mum, but methods of preparing that food use current practices of sustainability.
Simple, sumptuous, and healthy, the menu at Samosa Haus is not overpowered by chemicals or additives and we use minimal ingredients without sacrificing taste. Currently we offer:
Samosa
Samosa Chaat
Sweetcorn (8 delicious flavours)
Sandwiches

Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.
We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
